What is the Standard Delivery Time?

Do you offer Returns & Refunds?

You can view our complete return policy here. In short, we offer all Smartbud customers 90-Days Warranty.

Where do you deliver to?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all standard payment methods including Visa and MasterCard. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

Is Smartbud compatible with iOS/Android?

Yes, Smartbud can be used on any smartphone by downloading our free ‘Smartbud’ App in the App/Play Store on your phone.

How often should I replace the Ear Tips?

For a better user experience, we recommend replacing the ear tip every 2-3 months (this can be adjusted according to the frequency of use)
